Aunt Jemena

Aunt Jemena pancakes without her syrup is like a spring without a fall.you know what i mean?!

Not exactly

It just goes to show you gotta be hip to the new lingo or you just lose out.Belmont Proviso and paso bosa nueva know what I mean heh heh Jemena purys and pass the rettub with the tortillas…ambrose buying kopeks on a good tip

ever since the fall of the soviet union my checks have been bouncing like a sugared up 6 year old on a trampolene. If I had only bought that room full of dead stock converse surfmats- I’d be happier than King Leopold with a half dozen sharp machetes. Theres only one thing worse in the whole universe- thats no Aunt Jamena at all.Ambrose-knew you would understand- and what about that blue machine?

Has anyone noticed that Aunt Jemima is supiciously looking like Oprah latley?

you just gave me an idea… that blue machine would make a great collage element for a photo set for a recording artist( Its water days have long been over,… a 10’ revolutionary shortboard concept board …my creator! … the guy to ride that object would have to be bigger than fred windisch before his draft physical rejection and thats big…).the blown fin box the foam shrunken bottom that board is THE BLUES Tommy Castro, one of them surfie type singers. or like maybe Taj Majals upcoming surfing album where he covers all the old surf tunes starting with the Papa Hee Nalu, perhaps san francisco bay blues or maybe a rewrite on some of the 1st beach boy album stuff with a blues riff tanjent lamenting the styfling of the revolution by economic forces beyond the control of any shaman…what about that blue machine we must find the hibhest appreciator to protect it from further abuse …,chicken foot tracks all over it…ambrose

I saw it poking over yer fence 5 or 6 years ago and thought the same thing- it would still be a blast at Capitola. All things must pass even beautiful old wave riding devices

I’ll pull a template and shape a new one you can pick it up at xmas but we have to order the blank with an wedge stringer1 1/2 ’ dowm to zip at the nose, two go outs that oldie would be a soggy compostable,if you dont wanna own it you can buy the blank and be an investor… we put it into syndication as a time share an rent it out to dignitaries for Quantum cash and pay back investors and sell it when we tire of its countenance… ha ha ha (sinister laugh)… Lunch meat cant ride it his Kneelpaddling wrecks decks capitola…yep blue tint for stealth … capitola stealth… or you want me to bring a paper template? ambrose

ah Ambrose- you are too kind.alas, i will not be at the campout. i need not another board(believe it or not).i even have a couple stored in Kilaeaua. but if i did…Capitola was fun this morning and we are gonna cowell’s it into the dark tonight. life is so good being a plank/slow wave kinda guy

I put together 2 Blue Machines lately, actually one is a Red Machine, Wedge stringers with Walker high density foam tailblocks. Wing noses and flip tails, the first was a Velzy I did a few years ago, you couldn’t get off the nose, wall or white water, didn’t matter.

Jim and Ambrose - Re: the Blue Machine you’re referring to - are we talking about the Bob Cooper/Morey Pope Blue Machine? It was my last - and alltime favorite - long board in the 60’s and would love to find one/build one but, my skills are such that without having one to duplicate it would be hard to get it down. If this is in fact the board you’re talking about let me know, I would be interested in having one shaped. I even have a WAVE SET box for it. Thanks - Pete

contact Dennis Ryder at Ventura surf shop-he did them then and does them now.two beautiful examples are currently in the shop-a penetrator and a blue machine.
