Looks unreal! Custom order? I’m intrigued, how are you going to glass it? I have 2 stringerless blanks on order for an exact project.
I did this one out of curiousity in poly just to see what it was all about without blowing extra money on materials just in case.
Probably the best board I’ve ever ridden for average waves under 4 ft.
A few observations I made. Should have taken some of the toe out of the front fins 3/16" over 4 1/2" was too much. Quad rears should have been more inboard. Shouldn’t have pulled in the nose. Too much entry rocker wasn’t needed.

mine is 5\6 at 18and a half by 2and 3 eights i ended up puting another chanel in each side before i glassed it coulnt help myself,coolite epoxy blank no stringer im glassing it with two fours on bottom and three fours on deck to keep flex just right ,use any blank you can get your hands on at first.put a lot of rocker then pull it out with the concave leaving then put in chanels , nose is about 11 inches on tip same with tail then choose a straitish curve for your outline hope this helps.
