Any of you out there know where I can purchase some Balsa wood in Ireland / UK or France (in that order of preference)

Hi Brian,

Mark Howey in Timoleague imports his own Balsa from south america for his balsa boards, I’m sure he will sort you out. If you are doing a compsand then Marks Models in Dublin does 3 & 4" wide sheet balsa in various thicknesses

The surf at GTown after you left on thursday got pretty bad. Good timing by you .

Friday was epic off shore at Brandon Bay though. Even at the Fermoyle end of the bay it was a solid 5 ft on the sets and peeling along various sandbars. Gowlane was stupidly big.

Went back to GT on Sat & Sun, pretty crap on sat but Sunday evening was nice Got to hang some piggies for a real long time on Sun before it started closing out on the bar. HAd a nice clean 2ft dawn session monday at the Freke also. Not looking good this weekend.
