Basswood stringer weight

Any of you guys have any weights on basswood stringers? Any width or length really. Really just a ballpark number helps. I’m trying to beef up the stringer on my next board, but at the same time stay in my desired weight. It’ll be on a 9’6…

From the website Engineering Toolbox: Basswood ranges from 20 - 37 lb per cubic foot.
Area of stringer 9’6" x 3" taken from a scaling a raw USB 10-2 blank= something like 286 square inches, even less if you thin the nose and tail aggressively.
Starting at 1" thick makes .1655 cubic feet which could weight anywhere from 3.30 # on the low side to 6.12# on the high side (for 1" thick)
OR just go for the middle 28.5 PCF and figure .590 pounds for every 1/8" thick, so 1/2" thick would be approx. 2.36#
