Ahoy Mateys,
I am looking to shape a 7’6 midlenth. Kinda retro inspired so lower rocker. I was thinking somewhere around 4" nose and 2" tail rocker. I built a 7’6 last year and used a US blanks 7’9 H. I ended up with about 4" nose and 3" tail rocker on that board. I think I want my next board to have lower rocker, especially in the tail, to hopefully get a little more drive out of my turns. I have been looking at the U.S. blanks catalogs because that is what my provider carries. Any suggestions on good blank options that would help me achieve my desired rocker? Would a longer blank be better for my purposes? Thanks ya’ll!
