Books For First Time Shaping

What is a good book for a first time shaper?

I have the video Shaping 101. But I want something that I can look at while I’m shaping.

Any Suggestions?

Also, My first shape is gonna be a longboard noserider type. I read online that this was the hardest to shape because of how long it is and that i’m bound to mess up the curves some how. I figured that a longboard would be easier than a shortboard because the rocker would be smaller and mistakes will be less critical.

go look for the thread with my reference archive I just posted…

I’ll be taking offline soon…

It has most of the stuff you’ll need to get started including alot of history and you don’t have to buy a book.

There’s an update coming on George O’s book that Kendall’s working on so look for that when it comes out.

It’s one of the few good complete ones out there

Hey barrel, I just wrote you a detailed post then the computer froze. I gotta split so I’ll give you the short version.
