Was browsing the surfshop section and came across a listing for a 7’3 Brewer Mini Gun. Wow what a blast from the past. I had almost the exact board in a 7’6. In a moment of weakness I sold it after we went nearly a year without worthy waves to take it out. I think I only surfed that board 3 times before selling it. These were the most stunningly beautiful boards I’ve ever seen. The series all were clear, glossed with red glass ons. One of the ones I always regretted parting with.
Yep…beautiful board. Neighbor gave me one as he was leaving town. Said he surfed it at OB SF. It was made with foam fins and has Dicks signiture on it.

I was fondling a few guns at the local shop yesterday.
Jeff Clark gun, Randy Cone gun, and Brewer minigun.
The Brewer was signed by Dick supposedly.
I was amazed at how CHUNKY the rails were.
They seemed to be almost the same thickness as the stringer.
The 9’7" Randy Cone spoke to me most though. It was a 2+1 and just felt right.
