Buckled Board Repair

Have a 6’0" with a decent buckle at the top of my board. Would be my first major repair and not sure if it’s worth just fixing the buckle or redoing the entire nose as there is cracking on the bottom. Any advice would be great thanks.

You can repair it. For deck, with a razor blade cut out all fiberglass that delam from foam, sand all around, fill with resin microballon mix, glass over and go. For the bottom sand where there is open fiber break and repair with fiber only this place. Do nothing over filler coat crack.

Thanks working on it right now. Exacto the rails as well or just sand?

You would at least pull out fiber that delaminate from foam.
