buckled surfboard repair help

I was wondering how i should go about fixing my buckled surfboard.  It is not severe but the stringer is broken along with one of the rails.  The rail tht is cracked is only cracked half way through it.  The other rail still fuly intact with only a small dent from the buckle on that side of the stringer.  The bottom of the board only has a few stress cracks.  I was unsure weather i should still cut out the glassing near the dent on the side with the intact rail.  Also I was wondering whether I should use popsicle sticks to reinforce as a new stringer.

It is a 5 10 Byrne with the buckle about a foot and a half down from the nose.  I know it is very dificult to analyze this without pictures.  I am working on getting them up, looking for any input anyway.

Thanks man, wondering if wood glue or gorilla glue will work too?

Cut out all the delaminated glass that is lifted up off the foam. Check to see if the stringer is cracked. If it is NOT cracked then just glass it. It’s so close to the nose thats just glass would be fine. You may need to q-cell the exposed foam so you have a nice level area to glass. One layer 2 or 3  inches wide and another wider piece cut in a diamond shape should be good. If the stringer in cracked then a splint can be added…if you want. Popsicle sticks no good. Find some 1/8" minimum wood about 8" long. set it next to the stringer and trace out the outline. Then cut out that foam almost all the way down to the bottom. Spend extra time removing foam from board stringer so it’s nice and clean. Stick your splint in there as far as it will go and then mark it on the deck where it sticks out off the hole. Then take it out and cut the splint on your line so that now it sits in the hole flush with the deck. Get some quick set epoxy glue. Glue up that splint and slide it in the hole. Let it dry and then do your glassing. At least that’s how I do it.

Here are some pics.  The little square on the stringer was a piece of glass i cut out to see if the striinger was broken.
