Bumps under deck lamination

Hello, I’m seeking some advice on how I can fix a few bumps under my deck lamination. I have laminated the bottom and used a bit much of resin which once cured there were a few visible bumps on the lap. I sanded them down but clearly not enough because once I laminated the deck I could still see some of the bumps (image attached).

I was hoping to know what would be the best way to fix it before continuing to sanding the overlap and hot coating both sides?

I’ve used a PU blank with 4x4x4 fibreglass cloth and poly laminating resin.

Those will be hard to suppress. You may sand them almost to the foam but even then a darker spot will probably still show (and you will need to reglass a patch over the sanded area, of course.)
