Hey guys. Nearly finished 0001 and and thinking a lot about all the boards i wanna shape.

Mainly i’ve bin hinking about a single fin. think terry fitzgerald/buttons kinda board.

I have seen many pictures of terrys art and a lot of his singlefins but there is one picture that i have spotted and its a pic of him and his quiver and in there is a board on the ground that has inspired me.

I wonder if you (anyone who has any) could post some pictures of buttons/fitzgeralds boards. i know his art rules but im trying to get a better look at his outlines. I know a lot of you have awosme pictures hiding away [thats you chipper lol]

so please help me to get a better feel for my next board.

thanks guys. That picture you posted balsa is almost the same as the one i saw and thought DAM i have to build one.

Its almost the same as the board on the floor. I like the way the twin stringers look and maybe give that a go :slight_smile:

Wat about stings?? i have seen plenty of em but any chance of getting some more ??? for inspiration. Cheers

i’ve always wanted to try surf one. they look interesting. whats the idea in the wings by the way?? lol just a quick question :slight_smile:

Wings allow basically two outlines in one: wide in front, narrow in the tail, wings offering a pivot point. So you get a very loose and manoeuverable board but it still handles speed with ease because of the narrow tail.

oooooooooooooo yup i was thinking about that. I was just thinking that it was to have a thin tail and a wider board every where else. Cheers.
