I just got my 9’6 single finbox professionally fixed after if tore completely out. The board has a gloss finish except for the fin box/tail area from the repair.
I really want to sand the entire board for a total sanded finish. Is this something thats possible? What tools & sand paper do I need? Its fiberglass not epoxy.

Wrong. Epoxy boards are made with fiberglass. Your board was made with polyester resin and fiberglass. Some other kinds of boards are made with epoxy resin and FIBERGLASS
Anyway, why not just polish the dull area where it was repaired, instead of sanding the whole board? Less work, if you ask me.
