I just recently picked up this board and am looking into a full restoration. I know Joe Roper’s does great work but looking for any other recommendations in the OC or SD. I think the Channin glasshouse is still in operation so might be cool to have the board restored by the original glasser, can anyone speak to the quality of their work or if they do restorations? Also, If anyone has any input on the rarity or collectibility of this board compared to other Diff designs or periods I would appreciate it.

News to me.  I thought Tony Channin retired to Baja several years back.

Channin retired several years ago. Matt Calvani (Bing Surfboards) is in there now. Ropers is probably your best call.

Yeah I couldn’t remember Calvani’s name earlier.  I heard he was in there.
