Hi, just wondering if anyone knows of good online stores in US (or other places) that have a good range of FCS fins and wetsuits for a good price. I am in Australia and since the US dollar is down at the moment it would be a good time to buy some stuff. after M.R. TFX fins in particular. Thanks.
try at Shapers-Australia.
they are super nice , they have a full line of fcs style fins .. almost the same templates and foils if not the same.
great rates , and if you're going to be a long term heavy customer , try to get wholesale ..
again.. I love those guys!
I’d be checking around local classifieds, ebay, craigslist and local surf forums with classified sections…
You can find some good stuff for great prices second hand
dirt cheap wetsuits:departmentofgoods.com
their semi auction site whiskeymilitia.com also has dirt cheap suits too, but you have to hope they are selling them when you are watching. They are basically last seasons models that didn’t get sold.I got a brand new 5/4mm xcel winter suit for $160 us.
Since you are looking in the US.Try Surf Source in Florida. Good prices on FCS and Futures, plus their own system that is compatable with FCS. In Aus. there is Fin Solutions who also make an FCS compatable system and fins.

Try Rainbow Fins' website. They usually have FCS fins in "clearance." Sometimes difficult to see exactly what you're getting size-wise, but some great deals can be had. http://rainbowfins.bizeconnect.com/?mainURL=/store/category/e33w/Close_Outs_Seconds.html
We have M.R. TFX’s in stock but shipping is gonna be pretty steep. Those are fairly popular fins so finding a site that sells them below MSRP new is going to be tough. Our site is not setup for international sales, but if you see something you’d like just PM me or email shop@waveridersfingallery.com
I’ve bought several new sets of FCS off US Ebay all the way to NZ at half the retail price here, even with cost of post.
I thought one of the "key" words here was "Cheap" . I don't see anything cheap about a $70 fin on Rainbows or Fins Unlimiteds websites. True Ames is certainly the less exspensive of the three, but still not bargain basement. The online retailers have to tack on something as well. Your best bet is to keep watching Ebay. You'll be able to see what the shipping is going to cost before you buy that way. Therefore determining if it is worth it. You may have to watch it for awhille though to get exactly what you want. Why not put a want-ad in the Surf Shop section of Sways? You might also try contacting Larry (aka; Pro-box Larry) at Fiberglass Fin Co.. As far as I know all of his fins are US foiled. He also IMO makes the best fins of the four or so US 'based" fin makers. Very high quality and in the same price range as Chuck at True Ames. It comes down to; If you want it bad enough, you will pay for it.
thanks for the respones guys. I ended up finding a set of the glass MR tri set for $85 brand new on ebay. They retail for $134 here.. Crazy!

Yeah, but I wanted the MR TFX (glass) tri set for a MR supertwin that I just picked up. It came with the standard white plastic ones (oops, i mean "Glass Flex". Sorry FCS)
