Santa Barbara surfer, former professional surfer, hard charging Maverick’s rider and all around great guy passed away Saturday night. His body was discovered at the base of the cliffs at Arroyo Burro Beach Park known among locals as “Hendry’s Beach” named so by a fluetnial historical family, the Hendry’s.
It is believed that Chris fell from the cliff causing the fatality. Police was making a further investigation into the incident with no other information available at this time.
