Cold Mountain Living and Storing Boards

Moving to the mts and wondering how much I have to worry about the cold affecting my boards: do I need to keep them in a decently heated room or can they go in the garage and get down to 10F at times?

What about shaping in a colder environment as well? OK to do in a chilly room?

Boards should be fine, shaping should be fine, although cold on the fingers etc. But when it comes time to glass… Give us a note, I had good success w/a “hot box.” Taylor O
