Wow, that soundtrack brings back some memories of driving “up coast” with Wishbone Ash playing in the 8 track. Haven’t heard that band in decades.

Update the boards and the cars and that is still an accurate depiction of a youthful eastcoast surf trip. Lots and lots of driving to the point you are going crazy and then maybe you get some good waves.
