I am having trouble with my dark colors crystalizing under the glass job. I am applying them in light coats using Bestemp paint which was reccomended by my glasser. Do you have any explaination or any tips? Thanks Andy
Red and black paints are the worst. It seems like a dice toss. Sometimes it does and under the exact same conditions the next time it does’nt! I’ve found less crystalizing using regular resin and kicking it a little slower. As you know if there is any air with UV you can’t easily go back and fill it in like you can with regular. Try letting the board dry for a day after painting before you lam…Just a few suggestions. I’ve gotten bit by that problem many times.

(yes, it does cost more).
