Hi Austin, I m using eps foam as the blank it weights 3.5 lbs with a Hawaii fabric inlay, I glassed with 2x2 6oz fabric. I know the 6 oz fabric eats much resin but I have no choice since here only have 3 & 6 oz. Regards, Crabie

Sounds pretty heavy to me average short boards shoul weigh in around 5 1/2 to 6 lbs. Styro and epoxy should be lighter still even with more glass.
