"Dorsal" Surfboard fins: What box do they use?

I was told by the company I purchased the “Dorsal” fin from that it fit a Fins Unlimited box, but I’m pretty sure they don’t.  Here are some pics:

I’m looking at this page, now:

I’m wondering, do I just break that “tab” that is going across the middle of the box (see the pictures) off?
