I’ve got a 10’1"Y rocker adjustment that works really well for a 10’-9’8" board. how can I downsize that rocker for a 8’-9’ board using xxx blank? would it work on a smaller board or does the rider have to get smaller too;-)? someone wants a board just like this 10’ but 1.5’ smaller.
Do you have access to a CAD, CAM set up? This will accurately scale to exact proportions. Once scaled to desired length, the CAM can make the rocker template to use in the correct blank. Easy.
and if I don’t have CAD?

lots of time, not much education
The percent method 10’ reduced to 9’ = 90% rocker dimentions x .9 = the proportional reduced dimention. use a simple calculator to adjust your measurements. Good luck!
