Here is a shape that my buddy is doing at my shop - influenced by the dane dumpster diver. thie blank is eps with a composite bamboo veneer stringer that we threw together.
and this is my version of dumpster diving. grabbed an old mattress pad someone was throwing out and hacked it up into a super fluffy pad for sanding rails. woohoo!
looks a little suspect - may have to chop it in half - that is some thick foam! haha!
