Looking to get a dust collector for my sanding areas - one indoors and one outdoors. Any comment on one of these:

check out lowes, saw one for #199.00, dual collection bags and it was at least a 1hp motor.
heard I should get at least a 500 CFM and also what size is a sanding particle? 5 microns? 1 micron?
