The reason it has some missing parts is my camera batteries have a mind of their own and like to die at the most crucial moments.

Taking the planer tracks out of the bottom and getting ready to add a single to double concave. In hindsight i would have probably left the bottom flat in the first 2/3 of the board with a little bit of vee in the tail.

Taping off for cutlaps.

Routed out fin box. Single fins all the way! retro and fun. and fast.

My friend didnt really mean to do a swirl, he just didnt stir enough. I think its cool. He thinks its cheesy.

I did a nice little yellow resin tint on my diamond tail thing. (That third board is a shortboard we are making for another friend of ours, but i have very few pictures of it so i decided not to include it in the thread.)

Nice thick pinlines to cover up some minor mistakes and bleed throughs. They really popped after the gloss coat.

Another thing. we finished shaping and glassing these boards in 5 days. Not with Kwik Kick epoxy. The old fashioned stuff. So we slept when we could, where we could and lived by the time schedule the resin dictated. It was fun.

Pinlines really popped with gloss coat.

Threw some stickers on and took them up to santa cruz. survived 10-12 foot 3 mile. pretty good for a garage board.
Living with your best friend for 2 weeks. First in a garage, then in a car. Priceless?
