I’m looking for something of an ‘inbetweener’ as my quiver is small these days and consists of a 10’ noserider, and a shortboard.
My aim is to fill the gap with an Egg shape that is somewhere in the 7’ range. My biggest hang up is probably nothing than me over thinking, however I hope some Egg heads can give me some insight.
1.) First hangup, going with a bonzer5 config with a wing VS. a more traditional single flex fin and no wing. Looking for some feedback on some pros and cons specific to this shape.
2.) Tail shape, more of a rounded tail vs diamond tail.
I am leaning towards the bonzer5 with wing and a diamond tail around 7’0’'. But only because I’ve always wanted a bonzer and an egg. Two birds with one stone.
Anyone have some egg pictures they could post to give me some ideas would be great also.
