where are you located??
before you do anything, read the EPOXY PRIMER (it’s in the Resources section). then, read it again. when you’re done… read it a third time.
I am located in Virginia Beach, Va.
Also is I have been think of 6/6 on the bottom is that over kill? I would like a durable board.
Thank you for any help you can give me
Also, I am using a PU blank. Do I need to skim/spakle the blank before I use epoxy or is that just for EPS /XPS boards?
Just glass it no spackle.
How much you use depends on how much you put on the floor. I think some of the “pro” glassers “use” about twice as much as actually needed for the lam.
Double 6 bottom mix about 18 oz and then figure your going to mix some more to finish. Probably get everything wet with the 18 and come back and finish with a second batch of 6 to 12 oz. Doing it in two shots will give you more time to work. It’s summer and hot and 9’6" x 23 is a good bit of board. Get CE from RR east 321-779-2369 … That will put you in touch with Sam.
BTW you might want to use slow hardener. Be easier with that size board
