White Hot Foam, leader in high quality EPS Surfboard blanks, is looking for a Surfboard Blank Technician.
EPS Surf Blank production is a fabrication process utilizing Visual CAD design, hot wire cutting equipment and physically installing stringers to create surf blanks. This individual will demonstrate precise attention to detail not only in design and cutting, blanks but also in the set up, layout and gluing of stringers. This position is responsible for customer interface and must place a strong emphasis on determining customer needs and cooperate in meeting these needs while being familiar with surf nomenclature and having a clear understanding of surfboard construction.
It must be noted that this position will also overlap into the design, cutting and servicing the construction side of our business with EPS Foam and related products.
Experience:
<ul class="bb-list" style="list-style-type:circle;"> <li>Knowledgeable of surf board design and construction</li> </ul> <ul class="bb-list" style="list-style-type:circle;"> <li>Three years experience within the Surf Industry</li> <li>Proficient in Visual or Auto CAD application</li> <li>Two years experience in customer service</li></ul>
Skills:
