If you don’t want to make a hotwire cutter and are willing to either shape your rocker in or get a blank with rocker, you can use an electric turkey cutter knife to cut the foam and then true up the edges. this is what i’ve been doing but I htink I might make the switch soon…For a few boards I don’t think its worth the effort of making a hotwire cutter…
