I have that problem too…the other day I sort of jacked my fingers
backwards a bit while trying to pry the heel off.
I don’t have a good trick for that…
I am unfortunatly cursed with the dreaded Canckles! But I have to do the back trick and the reverse bag trick. I use it to take them off also by shoving it up under my suit.
