FCS fins in a futures plug?

Hey all! Been a while (sorry!). Just got a deal on a grovel board… but it’s got futures. Great plugs, but expensive fins!

I’ve got a bucket of FCS 1 fins so I am wondering if anyone has converted the fins or used adapters with success?

The adapters i find by googling seems to be all about longboard fins.

Any pointers (except white) appreciated.

Yeah here’s a pointy; Forget about it. A stock set of Futures Thruster fins are about $30 give or take.

hello, nothing like the real thing cheap white futures because of the cant angles (on futures the angle is on the fin, not on the box.

now that said the market really suplies the demand so 3 options in pictures bellow.

1-cheap chinese plastic or 3d printed slot adapters
2-fancy carbon slots made in hawai
3- UFP universal boxes made in morroco and sold in europe by echo surf supply (needs theyr jig plate to install, wont work with the futures cause they are a bit wider) this boxes are good stuff, good built and materials.

So i ordered the cheap ones from china 3€.
so here is the catch they work but the fin box from futures as 0 degree angle and the adapters also…so you get upright fins, witch can be good if that is what you are looking for otherwise you are losing cant angle, i heard the ones from hawai have options of angle.

i can weigh them if someone is intressed, also they send a key and the screws.
cheers and good waves.

heres some pics.
