FCS H2 fins: a question

I have searched the fin thread archives and haven’t found the information I’m looking for, so this:

I recently put a set of H2s on a 7’ board of mine, thinking that the exaggerated cant would keep the fin deeper in the water on steeper waves and tighter turns. It does seem to have more drive when on the rail, but the cant and toe must have a negative or I would expect the pros would all use them and none that I’m aware of do.

Since I don’t notice any increased drag or other negative effects, could someone please explain what the practical trade-off is?

they are harder toput verticle. my pro friend uses them on his groveling board because “I use the small h2’s on this Stupid Fish, because it is so loose it is like not having fins”
