Wow. Xylene is full-on banned in CA?

Hi guys,
I had bought the 6oz fiberglass cloth from a local supplier in Singapore. I had my doubts therefore I ordered 27 yards of 6oz fiberglass cloth from Foamez. I compared them and they are not the same. The one I bought from a local supplier is much thicker, now I think maybe it’s more then 8 oz cloth. Another thing is, how do I know if it is E-Glass and not some fire retardant fiberglass cloth?
