So I posted a thread a while ago about making a fin for a single, and here are the results of that, plus some other pictures that I would just like to post, including my fish that I recently bought, my girlfriend, and my mother. Tell me what you think about the fin.

the grain looks nice…was it pine ?
What depth is it ? Is it a little short for the ‘round tail’?

ps- can you tell us what you think of your fin after you’ve surfed it a few times , please ? I’d be interested to hear if it holds in well, flexes, feels right for you…that’s the fun part…
Haha yeah I dont have a quiver of my own, so my mom lets me ride her boards from time to time. Actually, I don’t have a fin box on there, it’s just glassed on. I haven’t gotten a chance to ride it yet, because it’s just too cold for me! If the surf is good enough for me to go surfing, I’ll use my “moms” boards, and since it doesn’t have a leash plug, I dont want to loose it and then have to swim around in the cold water getting pounded by the sets… hah. So maybe in the summer, for sure. And yes, I had a good time making the fin and im looking forward to making more.
