Here is my new jig, used it yesterday for the first time, worked great. One edge is a little wobbly because I was still measuring and testing before fastening down one side. Once I got proper width, just screwed that side down and marked off center line from the straight side. The mat on the side is some kind of nonskid thing my wife bought to place under rugs or inside of kitchen drawers. Works great for protecting blank and prevent the jig from sliding while running router.

Howzit punasurf,I've made my own fin box jigs for years but I also have a LokBox vacumn jig that I love and is really easy to use. Until LokBox stared making them you had to make your own since there seems there wasn't a big enough market for any company to commercially make them As far as I know. Aloha,Kokua
