Need Help on finding the best way to attach the fins to the bottom of the surfboard. Methods and the chemicals used when doing this procedure would be greatly appreciated.

You can glass them on with resin and cloth.

You can buy fin boxes for your fins to attach to.

You can rout thru the board, make your own fin that attaches thru to the deck, then bolt and nuts with a tapered fit.

Any other ideas you were thinking of?

Oh… if the fins are less than 4" tall, you can bolt them thru to the deck with big washers.

What resin do you use to keep the fins attached to the board while the fin rope is saturating?

Joely, masking tape works for setting your fin angles and positions
