Finished my first Timberflex

Thanks to Greg Loehr, Shwuz, Afoaf and the others who gave advice/suggestions. More thanks to Greg for the tech.

5’10" x 20 1/2" x 2 3/8"

1.5 pcf Marko blank w/ 1.24" stringer

Deck = 6 oz; bamboo; 2 oz; Bottom 6oz; bamboo

Resin Research CE epoxy

Finished weight is 6 lbs 12 oz

I’m running it w/ FAM2s in the sides and a FAM1 trailer. 3 sessions on it so far and I’m in love. Feels light and responsive w/out the chattery/feedbacky feeling I’ve had w/ some eps boards. Fast, loose, feels like butter. I want to build a copy of my favorite HP thruster using the tech.

Nice color combo and good-looking work overall!

Is the (hidden) center stringer really 1.24'' or is that a typo?

Frggin gorgeous!!
