First board finished: thanks Sways!

Thanks Sways for all the invaluable information I was able to find and use during my journey from foamblock to board. From “first glassjobs”-threads ny Stingray and Guywhocantsurf, to blocksanding with Thraillkil. All a treasure and sources to study. Feedback on problems was also very helpful in an immediate kind of way. Thank you very much.

So I finshed my board. It’s a 7’8 x 28.5 x 4" Dumpsterdiver SUP. And it’s a quad. The design is adapted to SUP by Dwight and I found his drawings on his blog ncpaddlesurfer (don’t know how to insert links, sorry).

They sparked my creative flame and it all resulted in my finished board.

If you have any build pic or just the current pic, please post it on the shaping shack page on standupzone forum. DW(Dwight) is more active there and probably would like to see his design.

Yiucycle, Dwight was the first to know ofcourse. I sent him an email and some pics. He already put those on his blog. I think Dwight’s a really cool guy, lots of aloha spirit.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
