Fish hybrid dimensions

I’m 5’ 11" and 174 pounds. I have ridden mostly 7’ 2" minimal and now I’m considering buying something shorter. Because Baltic sea offers usually very small and weak mushy waves I’m thinking some kind of fish or fish hybrid (thick thruster).

What dimensions do you recommend?

6’ x 20" x 2 5/8" or even 6’ x 21" x 3"?
