Fluke Mistake

In a Fluke mistake, we applied the wrong type of paint for a Pinline,

my artist was spraying with spraypaint a black pinline, Using the wrong type of spraypaint. He used the Rust-oleum stuff that comes in a Blue Can.

Any ideas on something to seal it so the glass wont eat it up or should I sand it off?

Im leary of spraying it with clear acrylic or clear acrylic spray paint.

Any ideas or experience?

Howzit F1, Do a test on a rail cutting from a blank. One thing I learned a long time ago was not to keep anything in the shop that doesn't pertain to board building, that way nobody will pick it up and think " um I wonder if this would work" . Kauai is one of the rust Capitals of the world and those anti rust paints don't cut it here. We refer to rust as malignant cancer since it can't be stopped. Aloha, Kokua

Why don’t you just coat it in Crisco? Afterall, that’s what you did to the board you screwed up for me!
