Forgot a layer but had a layer

Hi Guys,

Basically, I forgot to put an extra layer of 6oz cloth down on the deck of my board while glassing, however I did have a layer of http://www.shapers.com.au/products/Carbon-Quad-Axial-Surfboard-Cloth-%252d-1M-Lengths.html from the tail of the board to about 5 feet up.

I just wasn’t thinking or in my mind at that stage those were two layers. Who knows!

Going forward, the board is sanded to 400 grit and is pretty much ready to surf. My issue is now, will I be ok with the carbon cloth in place for compression dings, or should I chuck another layer of 6oz over the top and going through the process again from there on?

Thanks for your ideas.

how much do you weigh?

what kind/density of blank?

I weigh 87kg.

The boards a 7’2, 2 1/2, 19.

Not sure on density, i had the blank for ages. It would ahve been strong though.

I checked the link where I bought the stuff and it states the below. I think I should be alright?
