I was a Freshman, I think, in class when the announcement came.
Your dad was/is a wise man. He knew what he was talking about. This event more then any, upped the ante for what could be gotten away with. It has not been right since. It is now the norm to hide stuff and operate out of public view, with out the least bit of shame or fear. But people in America are waking up because that old shadowy government crap is too obvious now because of the arrogance has made them so confident and over the top that they are being too obvious. And luckily there are a few characters who are pushing the envelope of exposure and a place called the Internet where the stories, that could never previously have gotten exposure, now do.
One day we may not only be more awake as a people, but we might even figure out a way to get some real alternative in our candidate choices. Alternatives that would competitively drive them all to out do each other at doing what the people want, else they not win.

My father was very high up in the military, he held top secret clearances, flew nukes to Johnston Island and flew CIA in Viet-Nam, he immediately called bullshit on the entire Warren commision.
None of the miltary marksmen could fire the supposed rifle at the rate that was claimed and hit with any accuracy.
He was on high alert along with the rest of the armed forces, we were on the verge of total world war, but nothing showed that forces from the outside were responsible for this terrible deed.
He always said to me that “nothing so simple as murder would stand in the way of the presidency”.
He went to the grave feeling that Johnson knew a whole hell of a lot more about it than anyone else.

Wish he kept at the furniture thing cuz his foreign policy and economic policy just about ruined the mighty US of A. Interst rate on a home 11%-18%. This is America and not aus. Thank God for RR and I aint talking resin research. JC was the worst preisdent in American history to only be followed by Warren G. Harding. JC believed the world would be over populated and starving by the year 2000, and we would be out of fosil fuel. Wrong x 2. So to think we need more people leading our country that are as misguided and wrong as JC, it makes me think you are from aus and not the USA.

I hope that the American history that will be written by Obama will include the healing of America’s relationship with the rest of the world that has been damaged by the current ignorant leadership.
I bet plenty of U.S citizens have that same hope.
