…hello, rocker and fins are more important.
In this case you can go with a rolled entry bottom with tucked edge rail on the first inches to prevent pearling, then flat (when they say flat is a view from side to side not lengthwise) or a slight V at 2ft from tail fading out.

Thanks,
i add the rocker.
3 7/8 N
2 1/2 T
where would you place the fins in the board?
and way a flat is better of mellow v all the way?

Hi shahar. I would say, flat means flat. Plus, what reverb mentioned and whatever Bill may add. Mike

The safest bottom when you’re a new shaper is flat. As you improve You’ll get into concaves, etc. You can’t discuss bottoms without considering the outline and how it relates to the rocker and then the rails will need to compliment all the factors.

…in my opinion would be better to use a 2+1 set up. 7" or 71/2 main fin. I do not know because I do not kow the length of the board.

I’d put one fin in the middle of the board and one at the back like a rudder, thats what yachts have and they seem to go pretty well.
Or you could try Bruce Mckee’s fin guide (google) its fairly comprhensive.
