They work well on a big heavy SUP. On a small light board, they feel stiff and like a weather vane under there.
I’d try something else.
awesome fins..
wish fcs made'em
i have used them on my 6.6 quad fish
and my 8.0 mini gun
and have gotten excellent results...

dansan,
I sent you a pm, I'm interested in them. Are they in good condition?
IMO a good set for a drivey feel on quad fish. Lots of base area. Check post # 280 p.6 of the ride reports thread.

Did you have a chance to try the Future Controllers? I’m thinking about them for a 6’6" fish Simmons. Made by Jeff Beck from 9 lights. I weight 200lbs.

don’t have them on my mini simmons, but have tried them on a quad fish and they are great. lot’s of drive and control where other fins felt like i was about to spin or slide out of turns. great fins.
bandito
Hey Bandito, I had a similar problem with my KG twin keel. just needed a little more out of it and it was just not cutting it. I called a friend and he suggested a set of 101 bamboo’s. Night and day. I love this board again. It almost made it come back to life. Not sure how a quad set would go, but you can always try them.
That is one fugly board, brother… ha!
Would LOVE to try it out.
Thanks Bandito, and yes she’s ugly but i still love her…
Great fins! Indo Fins makes them in FCS and you can find them on ebay.
