im glassing a board for the first time. im wondering how the edges are dealt with. how far do you wrap the glass over the edge to the other side. obviously i dont want to have a thicker spot along the edges on the bottom. also after you glass the top do you build up another layer of resin on the bottom to smooth it out? thanks for the help chad
Make a search of “lapping” “free lap” “tape off” in this forum, you may have lots of idea. I prefer tape off since it adds much strength to the structure.
