Gloss coat over clear acrylic?

I just want to be sure that I can gloss coat over clear acrylic spray.

I have some art work done in (car paint rattle can ) paint (which does melt with resin)on top of the sanded filler coat, and I want to coat it in clear acrylic to seal it, prior to gloss coating.

Also, all of my remaining laminating resin,  6 or 7 ltrs in a 20 ltr drum, has gone “jelly like” after a really hot spell where it was 40+ degrees Celsius in the shed for over a week.

At least I assume it was the heat as I cant think of any other reason it would go like that, and my wax in styrene also went off. It turned a “urine” yellow colour???

All very strange. Never seen anything like those happenings before!

I’ve tested some “White Knight” clear satin acrylic. It does desolve with acetone. I need to do a test with catylized resin next I guess

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I’d really like to finish it ASAP. Is there a product I should be using that is available in Australia???
