Gloss Resin: Silmar 1748 vs. FGS 32-737

Just started using Silmar 1748 Gloss resin as it recently became available in my local area. Up to this point, I orderd 32-737 from Fiber Glass Supply in WA. Overall, the 1748 was much better – laid out much flatter and cleaner - will need minimal work in setup for polishing. The 32-737 tends to have a pink tint and will not lay out as flat – wants to stay thick. FYI for those using 32-737 (Fiber Glass Supply is a pretty good source/company otherwise). Shine

HEY SHINE!..Thanks for the notation! I’ve been using the 32-737 and was always a bit put off by the pink tint (I’m into art and color, and usually have to plan around this - as I’ve gotten varying degrees of tint in my batches {the wax additive{). I’m gonna give the 1748 a shot! Thanks, very much, for the revelation. laters, T.
