So I’ve beeting my head against the wall practicing on everything from stripping and old surfboard reshgapping it and glassed it back, home depot pink sandwich glass and epoxy core molded on home made rocker table with concave built in… and last I gave up on after reading all the down falls - Insulfoam I sandwiched carbon fibre in core with epoxy./ should be strong, but whats the point when you have two layer the hell out of it to resist pressure dings…
** So I go into the local surf shop up here in bodega and go back to the blank barn I they got my eps marko 6" 1" The first real virgin eps blank I put my hands on it it was stiff and light, it was nopticable right away I had my perfect canvass, and so worth the $100 I dropped it down with relief!!$$**
Oh but a little harder to sand, when Got it shaped by afternoon with alot of strokes! Thanks alot to swaylocks and everyone going through the backyard school of hard knocks!!
