Your Hansen surfboard, is likely a 1968 board. Your board was shaped by Fred (Buzzy) Smole. The dots, before and after the numerals, were his identifier.
Likely a shop “demo” board. It looks to be in amazing condition. The fact it still has a near pristine fin is a major bonus.

Stainless steel bolt, through the deck. This is the ‘‘in house’’ system that went into service in spring of 1967.
Yes, that is Hansen’s own proprietary fin system. They did a later version with a longer box and shorter fin base that had more than one hole in the fin so you could place it forward or back in the box.
