Hap Jacobs Serial #

I am a little bit familiar with Hap Jacobs surfboards and I know he sold his naming rights didn't shape for a while and eventually got back into it. I came across a Jacobs that has a  diamond logo with the words "Hap Jacobs Classic Model". The serial # is 1530 and it has Haps signature between the double stringer. I am trying to figure out of this board was shaped by Hap Jacobs. I am guessing it was shaped in the late 80s or early 90s due to the resin fin loop. Are the logo and signature consistent with a board Hap could have shaped?

I sent an e-mail to Hap Jacobs Surfboards which is run by Matt Calvani. He told me this board was shaped by Hap and was probably from the 90s or early 2000s.

I like the shape of this board. Trying to decide between it or a pig.

Glad you got it sorted out.  I saw a bunch of nice ones at Freeline Design shop a couple of weeks ago.  All done by mat.  I'd say uou've got a keeper.  A question for you though;   How far apart are the two stringers?
