Please help identify this board as to type and the maker. It says S. Elliott restoration at the end of the stringer. Not sure if this was just who repaired it at one time or who made it. If so, who is S. Elliott?

Indention for knees from what it looks like. I believe it was made this way. Says S. Elliott near end of stringer.
